These are just okay for me. I find they easily burn food. I’ve been cooking for decades and haven’t had as many meals stick to the bottom of the pots and pans as they have with these. I cooked bacon on my lowest setting (see photo), soaked the pan in warm sudsy water and most of the ‘burn’ came off with elbow power but still had dirt marks. It was only restored to its former shiny glory buy using Barkeepers Friend and scrubbing again. For the pot you can see how the bottom looks after cleaning it from cooking rice. I’ll have to constantly use Barkeepers Friend. I’m only giving 3 stars as my previous 12 year old set did not give me this much cleaning grief and I’ll be dragging back out my non-stick pan to cook most of my meals in.. Colleen.
