Great product. It bolts to the surface to keep it secure. Now if only the delivery people would actually use it instead of leaving parcels on the top porch step. Be aware that in order for mail to drop down to the bottom and be safe from theft, the letter carrier must sometimes pull it open again to help the Mail Drop down.
