I’m really happy with this faux eucalyptus tree! It was fairly easy to put together, although a few of the branch labels were missing, so I had to use a little process of elimination to figure out where some pieces connected. Even with that minor inconvenience, assembly didn’t take very long. One thing that surprised me was how large it is. The tree itself makes a great statement piece, and even the black pot it comes in is a nice size. If you don’t already have a decorative planter, the included pot looks nice enough to use on its own. When I unpacked it, there was very minimal shedding of leaves and debris, which was a pleasant surprise since artificial trees can sometimes make a mess. After fluffing out the branches, it looked full and realistic. I recently had family over for the weekend, and several people commented on how much they loved the decor and asked about the tree. It adds a fresh, natural look to the room without any maintenance. Overall, this is a beautiful faux tree and a great addition to any space. I love the coloring of the leaves of this tree! It’s fun that it lights up when you want it – my only hesitation is that the tree base is wrapped in a brown paper and does not look very real at all. I wish it was a more molded plastic tree base, but it will still work in my project. I do like the height of it and the variation between the maroon and pumpkinorange coloring is really pretty if you don’t want to use a typical green tree. As a designer, I have ordered this tree multiple times for different projects, and I love it every time! My only complaint is that the times I have ordered it, the black fake dirt in the top of the pot has come in cracked every time, but Wayfair is very quick to either replace or discount it to make up for it. Their customer service is amazing! I still love this tree, and I put it in my own pot and put rocks around the bottom so it doesn’t tip, anyway. I wanted a spring/summer tree for my enclosed porch and was happy to find this one. It has a lovely soft glow, it looks very nice in person and appears decently constructed. The sticking point is that this tree is not even 48"" at it's tippy top, nevermind being the 50"" advertised. A few inches sounds like a small amount, but nearly 4"" smaller is very disappointing and noticeably smaller since I currently own a 50"" tree for autumn and this looks much smaller in the same space. This is definitely something to be aware of when considering the purchase. If size doesn't matter then I think it is a solid purchase, but if size does play a strong factor then I would not recommend it.. Anonymous. Tue May 13 2025
