This is a slight upgrade from the Suncast I have replaced; only reason 1st has been replaced is, after 10+ years of half-day sun, all seasons, appears very dull & plastic is brittle. This unit is a breeze to install, clear instructions, very good quality installation hardware & large hose capacity reel is very sturdy, yet lightweight. Great price from Wayfair too!. James.
