Looks .. great .. haven’t washed the duvet cover (which is why the 4 star rating not sure if it will shrink or not ) .. just washed the shams and it actually softens the fabric up to feel more like flannel .. a little bigger than my insert but doesn’t bother me or the look of it. This is a great duvet cover! It fit my new 98x98 insert perfectly, and it’s so nice having a queen duvet cover that doesn’t feel undersized because it was meant to also work on a full bed. This cover washed well and dried well on the lowest heat setting, but it did need to be pulled out and rearranged over a couple cycles. Remove it asap to avoid wrinkles. It’s very soft and looks high quality. There are internal ties on all 4 corners, plus one on the center of each side. I was pleased with my purchase a then 1 day later ( Saturday ) saw it on sale for almost half the price . I called customer service and they told me Wayfair doesn’t price match . I explained it wasn’t like I found it cheeper at a different store, it’s your product ! The day I found it on sale it was a Saturday and unable obviously contact customer service , so I had luckily taken a picture of the sale . When I called early monday morning, I was greeted like I was lying and no one knew anything about this sale and I felt they thought I was lying to get a better price. I am sure they knew it had been on sale . I was asked to send my picture of the sale through ( likely thinkingI didn’t have one ) and the sales team would decide . I said well the order hasn’t shipped yet so maybe I should just cancel and re-buy when it goes on sale again. Then I was told it was too late and if I sent it back would be charged shipping fees to return . I called 4 different customer service reps and this is what I was dealing with . I buy from Wayfair an incredible amount and felt as a returning customer very disappointed in how you handle issues . I will have to do some serious thinking about ever buying from Wayfair again.
