I wish that this dining set lived up to my low expectations, but it did not. It will take you HOURS to assemble (nearly 10hours to assemble the table and two benches). The “wood” is a cheap laminate. The entire table bows and bends in the center. The bench broke the very first time we used it when a guest sat on it. I recommend avoiding this product. Ok let's talk chairs! When using in a rental upholstery is a nightmare and solid would is so heavy. Love the look of the table and chairs. Not sure of the quality or how well it will hold up but it does look nife with a very slight white wash. The chair legs seem to be different lengths and there is no height adjustment so it make chairs wobbly. The table came with a nick in the tap but could not return as I needed the table for a certain day. Items were sent in 3 different boxes from 3 different locations on 3 different days and that cost my company extra time to be there for the delivery and assemble on different days. Wayfair sent wrong item at first then it took an extra two weeks to get the correct bench and HOURS on the phone with customer service on about 5 differnt calls because they could not get things right. I needed item for a Open house in a week of when I ordered but the bench took 3 weeks after order to get it and if I new this I would have never ordered it. Edit: I had a custom made top created and replaced the original top. I love this table. We use it as a kitchen table as the space is narrow and we have 6 people who comfortably sit around this table on a daily basis. It’s easy to clean. I’ve had some very minor warping around the edges where the table connects from water spills but not super noticeable unless you’re looking. Even so, I have plans to eventually pay a carpenter to make a new table top for the dimensions of the legs if it eventually gets too warped.
