The chair is beautiful, came great, no rips no tears no damages. Love that about it. It’s very comfortable. And it was shipped fast.. However, I give it 4 stars.. because I now need a hand massage. Due to the difficulties of loosening and re-screwing the screws that was pre-screwed. the chair is halfway functional because the items shown in a photo refused to lineup… I’ve been at it for hrs. Because I hate giving up lol. But I had to, my back and hands are soar. it’s unable to operate in accordance to its description. Word of advice read the tools needed because if I did not have a toolbox as a woman, I would be screwed and needed to go buy some. At the moment I feel like the chair is not even safe. I’m gonna try to get the proper tool to loosen the screw that is stuck in its hole in order to hold the backseat rest in place. This chair is clearly listed as Hydraulic in the add. When it arrived and i unpacked and assembled, it was labeled as NON hydraulic.....right on the box as well as instructions. There is a HUGE difference in how the 2 types perform. Non hydraulic barely pumps up a 160 pound woman and the amount of pumping needed to move it up a few inches was excessive. The rubber base also had 2 cuts in it. Extremely disappointed and needed to return. Unfortunately had to pay 35 to return Id say false advertising on this unit!!! The return was easy at least..... I gave four stars because it does come with plastic where it needs to have heavy duty steal parts but you get what you pay for. Also, you need to pay close attention to how you put the hydraulic lift in because it doesn’t tell you in the directions how to install The hydraulic kick. After many attempts and using it with my hand to pump the hydraulic up, which is the only way to push the seat up so it gives you the 360 swivel otherwise it will not turn and you have to pull up on the kick to have the seat go down Nowhere in their directions. Does it tell you the difficulties that you’ll be facing with that part. The seat is very firm. I think it’s a wider bottom than expected and it’s going to be an improvement. . Heidi. US. I love this swivel adjustable height salon chair. I was using my countertop chairs to braid my clients hair all the time. It was very difficult because you always have to tell the client turn your head left, turn your head right and that is hard to do. With this 360 swivel adjustable height chair, I don’t need to keep telling them turn left turn right. I was also changing chairs in between, I will use my countertop chair when I’m braiding the back of the hair and switch to my living room chair for the front of the hair.
