As an avid DIYer, I know the difference between good and bad products. This motorized blind is high quality. Unfortunately, our primary reason for purchasing this was for privacy in the evening, as our deck opens up to community courts and gathering space. As it’s getting dark in the evening, and the lights are on in our kitchenfamily room, you can see everything in our home almost as clearly as if the shade were not in place. Also, my home is fully automated with Alexa control. I have two universal RF hubs (Bond Bridge Pro and Toyanc IRRF transmitter) for home automation, and for some reason, both accepted the programming frequency of the remote (433.92 MHz), but neither would transmit the right codes. Sizing was off a bit and there seems to be a small hole but looking up the product it seems like others have the same small hole. My biggest issue was it came very crinkled and took a really look time to flatten out. Fabric and color are very pretty and goes up and down smoothly. We might get more for our new house!.
