I bought these for a small bathroom remodel. I love the color and texture of these tiles! They definitely have the neutral tans and grays that I was hoping for. The black backing is someone cushioned, and while they are not as springy as I thought they might be, they do not feel hard underfoot. I’m pleased that the roughnesstexture means they won’t be slick with wet feet. They seem to click together easily and I like the grey “grout” seam. A couple of the edges were slightly damaged but I ordered extra as is advised, because these kinds of tiles can be delicate along the edges until they are installed. I have been a professional commercial flooring contractor for over 30 years. I went with Mannington vinyl plank flooring because they have the best quality products. I installed the Audra Max in our new home bathroom. The seams are truly invisible. I self leveled the concrete slab and my wife said that this floor is both beautiful and easy to clean. Halfway through our entry way project, it became clear that we couldn't go as planned and needed to pivot, I'm so happy with this option. We wanted something easy to clean, but with texture, and this fit the bill. It will be the perfect backdrop of our entry way while being covered with a runner to flow with the rest of the house. We installed some of this LVT in our master bath about three years ago, and are so pleased with it that we're installing more of the exact same product in another bathroom. The product has been durable and continues to look great. It feels much less cold underfoot than the ceramic tile it replaced. Loved this product easy to work with overall very thick and durable upon initial install. Soft and quiet because of thick dampening rubber base. Can’t give 5 stars - Wayfair had to step in and make it right. All corners were damaged except for 4 tiles. Almost like someone hit with lift equipment similar to other buyer review. Wayfair’s customer service made it right and got my job completed. Very thick durable tile and doesn’t move easy because it includes subfloor dampening material. I love these tiles! I’ve been to every floor place in my state and couldn’t find square LVT tiles. I didn’t have much faith in these but ordered a box to check them out. They are beautiful!
