I think I had one of the best experiences with Wayfair. To start, delivery was on time, I bought the assembly, so the person that was going to put the dresser together, found a discrepancy with one of the important parts, that without, it was going to be impossible to finish the job. Jermaine, called customer service to inform them of what was happening, so that Wayfair could adjust the price, because of the problem, and then proceeded to fix the problem so that I didn’t had to return it and wait more time for my dresser, and just like that I was taken care of. Jermaine ‘s profecionalism and experience aloud me to have my product, like I expected. I n my experience, this is a quality on a individual that you don’t see anymore.. Maria. York, SC. I absolutely love it so far! Haven’t actually used it but it’s an upgrade to the small desk I had. Has a lot of space. It took my husband almost a whole day to put it together but that’s because he was taking breaks in between. And I mean like pausing for 2hrs at a time. Only issue I had was that one of the screw packages came with a bug, a live bug. We killed it but my issue is that you don’t know what kind of bugs it is and if it can be invasive. Anonymous.
