I’m unsatisfied with this product. After the sliding bench arrived and the first assembly guy unpacked the box we discovered a very noticeable split in the composite wood front slate. It should have never been packed and shipped. I immediately contacted Wayfair and had a replacement part sent. When the replacement part arrived the second assembly guy discovered two other parts were cracked or split. Consequently, I immediately recontacted Wayfair while the assembly guy was present and asked for a refund. This is an inferior product. *WARNING *Don’t purchase this product! I wasted my time. This chair is very comfortable and a delight. Assembly really requires prior experience with schematics and understanding basic aspects of hardware. However, as the pics show, the upper/seat section is out of alignment with the lower/base portion; it's pushed to one side. That results in the upper frame knocking against the rear black glide "dog bone" part. I don't understand what would cause this skewing. I kept all fasteners not-tight until everything was assembled. Fortunately the knocking only occurs if I glide far enough forward, which is actually beyond my typical glide length. But I have to take a star away because of this.. Bart. Boulder, CO. Back cushion could be a bit more hefty, but works as is. Love the rubber bottom on the rockers as well as the rubber stopper so no one tumbles over backwards. Tables are made of metal, which I didn't know, but very much love because it is way more weather-resistant than wood. I would buy these all over again if I had the space for more.
