Tired of looking at your air conditioner units or trash bins? These no-dig vinyl privacy screens offer an attractive way to hide the unsightly things in your yard. Made with maintenance-free and weather-resistant PVC, the screens look the same on both sides. Installation is easy with the staked posts that you insert into the ground so you can avoid digging holes or pouring concrete. Each kit comes with 2 screens to make a right angle and you can purchase multiple units if you need to create a bigger enclosure.

Was pretty easy to put together. Didn't take very long and we did it outside on a windy day. What took longer was getting the stakes into the ground. Our "soil" is mainly rocks and clay so had to dig with a shovel until we got the rocks out. That took maybe 2 hours. Someone younger would be faster. My husband is 82 with a heart condition and I'm 79 with a bad back. Note: we bought 3 panels to help protect the outdoor part of our AC mini split from getting snow shoveled up against it. We are very happy with it so far.. Anna E Zadra. Biwabik Mn. Sat Oct 03 2026

Transparent or semi-transparent exterior stains will maintain the natural wood look, while solid stains will cover more of the natural wood grain. If the product goes longer than recommended without staining, it will need to be sanded and may require a semi-solid or solid stain. Amazing panels! They completely transformed our back porch sitting area. I bolted them into our back porch cement with some Tapcons and even in extremely high winds they don't budge. We have had them for a little under 2yrs with no issue and no fading. I even combined two of them to create a custom wall decor piece. I highly recommend!. Anthony. Round Rock, TX. Tue Apr 21 2026

So far so good. I didn’t realize it was as tall as it is (3 ft tall). I actually love it. I couldn’t use the stakes because it’s not on grass. So it’s a little flimsy. Right now I have bricks around it to protect it from the wind. I didn’t like that it came scratched up.. Keisha. Fri Jun 12 2026

I bought these to convert to summer window screens on my 1958 house in Albuquerque, NM. In the summer, the morning sun hits my back windows directly and puts a lot of heat into the house (and I don't want to replace the original steel window frames). I cut the feet off of the screens and made brackets from 1.5" aluminum angle to attach to the window trim, plus legs to support the weight. The screens are very heavy, and the plastic geometric sections are fairly thick, which is nice. The frame is sturdy and the black finish is durable. Although the description says that these can't be painted, Rustoleum 2X seemed to adhere after scuffing the surface with a Scotchbrite pad and acetone. (We'll have to see how it holds up over the summer.) My only issue with these is that the panels bow in the sun. These are made in Canada, so maybe they're designed for Canadian sun and not the high desert. :) It could be exacerbated by the fact that I have the frame horizontal, but the panels were bowing when I had them individually upright to spray paint. I would have tried the steel ones but was less confident that I'd be able to get the rust off for a clean painting surface. It would be great if these were offered in a primed steel option for painting. Overall I'd say these are pretty nice, but would work better in a shaded area, or go with the metal version.. James. Whether it's your patio, deck or the balcony, the Veradek Privacy Screen Series in Corten Steel with its perfect balance of design, durability and convenience features a modern geometric design which is the perfect fit to create privacy, be used as a separator or fill out an empty space. Its thick gauge corten steel construction ensures that rust develops on the surface of the planter ensuring the structural integrity of the planter body for years of use. The raw steel will rust and develop a rich patina that will add a pop of colour to any outdoor space. During the initial rusting phase, rust will drip from the surface of the planter. Veradek recommends placing an appropriate protective barrier between the planter and ground to ensure no stains are left behind

I bought these to help reduce the wind that we get on our deck. We have them attached to the railings. Last year we had to chase our furniture a few times during our wind storms but not this year. They worked very well as a wind break. They definitely had to be secured well to keep them in place. They look very nice and add to the look of our deck instead of taking away. They of course come unfinished and have to be finished to get the rusted look but that was pretty easy. I would recommend this product.. Debra. Vancouver, BC. Mon May 11 2026
