A couple fasteners were ruined a.) the picture shows half the hex missing so we used a screw drive to fasten b.) one fastener hole required retapping 2. Some of the pictures provided in the assembly instructions were difficult to figure out. 3. Likely due to transportation, some of the spacer fasteners were loose in the box.. Julie. We just put it up. A two men show in 5 hours. The Pergola is solid and great quality. Time will tell A little problem the handle of one of the handle to open and close the louvered came broken.
