Generous size, larger than expected. Soft yet firm cushion top. Fabric feels good, velvety. Ottoman will store two lap blankets nicely. Color of ottoman is the color that I saw online but the description stated BLUE, so I stepped out on a limb and ordered it, hoping it would be blue. It looks green or teal to me. I like the ottomans enough that I am keeping them and have ordered fabric to sew a top to match my existing chairs. The only negative is that the LEGS ARE PLASTIC and with a plastic molded tip. Can't remove the tip like I usually do with furniture legs, so I ordered wood legs online, and they fit perfectly. The ottomans have some weight to them, so I placed adhesive sliders under the legs so I can easily move them on the carpet.. Brenda. Caddo Mills, TX. Fri Sep 04 2026

After finally completing our remodel of our family room, we were able to unpack the sofa and enjoy it. The packing by the way was superb and kept the sofa just perfect until time for use. It was nice that there was NO assembly basically, just unwrap, put the ottoman piece on the end you want to use it on and straighten the cushions. The L that is created is so comfortable and the entire sofa is top quality with a beautiful taupe color that will coordinate with anything.. Renee. Lebanon, TN. Thu Sep 03 2026

This stylish L-shaped sofa provides the perfect spot for lounging, working, or catching up on your favourite shows. Its modular design features clean lines, square arms, and sturdy wood legs, offering a modern yet timeless aesthetic. Upholstered in soft and luxurious chenille fabric, it delivers a plush texture while being durable enough for everyday use. The medium-firm seating cushions are generously padded with high-density foam and supported by sinuous springs for excellent support, while the back cushions ensure lasting comfort. Three matching back cushions complete the set, adding a cozy finishing touch.

Overall, I’m very happy with this couch. It’s beautiful, comfortable, and fits perfectly in my apartment. The neutral color goes with everything, and it feels sturdy once assembled. The only downside was that assembly took longer than expected because some of the hardware that connects the sections was slightly misaligned, making it a bit challenging to put together. Once everything was in place, though, it was absolutely worth it. I’d also love to see this couch offered in more colors—especially a rich caramel brown, which I think would be a gorgeous option. I’d definitely recommend it!. Madison. Mon Jul 27 2026

This reversible sofa and chaise set a sleek, sophisticated foundation in your living room. It's made from a solid and engineered wood frame and wrapped in velvet with a bold hue for a luxurious look you'll love to show off. Down below, gold metal legs complete the look with a mixed-material touch. The cushions are filled with foam and supported by eight-way hand-tied springs to resist sagging. Our favourite detail is the pillow top arms for a plush touch that contrasts with the firm seat. To care for this sofa, use a water-based detergent to softly clean the fabric. Moreover, the item in beige colour would reflect different colours under different aspects of the light due to its fabric, it would be very lovely for keeping a colour-changing sectional at your place in beige colour.

Cute and comfy! Could sit on the couch all day. Assembly was quick and easy.. Bhagmattie. Ocoee, FL. Fri Oct 23 2026

This is the E Carton for chenille sectional sofa, the armless chaise module part. It can combine into a modular sofa with other modules. It's great choice to buy the sectional sofa if you like to change sofa shape to change the room style and layout.

I pondered for weeks wondering whether to get this sectional as there were no reviews. I decided to "test" it out by ordering the double sofa bench separately, figuring that I would return it (pay shipping charges and restocking fee) if I did not like it. I received it, but literally only received 1/2 the unit. The website incorrectly did not mention that it only came with one box (Carton C) instead of two boxes. So, after some back and forth with wayfair who had to contact the manufacturer, I was told I had to order Carton H as well. That was very annoying as I had to pay another $170. Since then, they have corrected the website and description to clearly show you have to order each box separately. (this is true also if you order the double pull out bed module) After I received Carton H, I decided it seemed to be good quality and I liked the color (light gray) so I went ahead and ordered the sectional, but ordered each piece separately as I wanted to have 2 chaise lounges (instead of the double bench and ottoman show in the main picture). The pieces arrived on Friday and Saturday and we assembled it last night. Instructions were not easy to locate, so just started building the couch (no tools are needed, you just line up brackets to connect pieces). Big heads up: Start from the right of the sofa and work your way left. You also need 2 people to build the sectional. Lounged in sectional last night (I love that my husband and I now have our own chaises to use) and it is very comfortable and seems pretty solid and well built. The loose pillows definitely provide more comfort and it is nice that you can use the couch with our without them! Pictures show the loose pillows, first without the bed pulled out, the second with the bed. Definitely glad I got this sectional! Everyone can be comfortable and put their feet up even with 5 people.. Naomi. Goleta, CA. Sun Mar 16 2025

Perfect size. I downsized apartments and went from having a large cloud style couch to needing a couch no more than 100 inches wide. Every other couchsectional seemed to have pretty small seats or deep seats but only with two.. Dd. Los Angeles. Sun Aug 23 2026

I'm absolutely in love with this sofa! I was nervous because it didn't have a ton of reviews but I'm glad I took the chance because it looks so much more expensive than it is and is very comfortable and cozy. I wanted an ivory sofa but I was scared because I'm accident prone, so I got the conversational Ivory, which gives my space the overall lightness but a little less obvious if I spill something on it. My sister even slept on the couch the first 2 nights I had it and found it very comfy. Update ---- Last two photos show how the sofa aged after 4 years. Did pretty well but loses it's shape a little bit with some piling.. Naseam. Trabuco Canyon, CA. Wed May 20 2026
