The chair looks great and is very soft and comfortable. However, I was sure I ordered black so that was very disappointing. As well as how low it is. Ok…. The directions are 27 pages long. I almost hired someone to put it together until I unboxed it, and it wasn’t that bad. Now…. Though, it took me almost 3 hours, and the directions say 30 minutes ( but that’s with2 people and I’m sure it could get done faster. This couch is great! Soft fabric, comfortable cozy depth - its the perfect size for our apartment, and I love that we can rearrange it and make it longer for more seating if we need to. The back pillows are still fluffing up so we will see, but theres a zipper so we can always add extra fluff as needed. No metal bars that poke through and even after 30 minutes its comfortable to sit on. Our dog loves it! The back and armrests are a perfect height, and I like that theyre flat. Very pleased with this. I love the little sofas, but had to cut the cushions back from the front by about 3 in to keep the cushions from hanging off the front of the frame. Other than that, I love the sofas. You can see in the photo how much I cut the seat cushion back and altered the cushion cover. The cushion on the right was before it was cut back to fit.
