well the first thing that comes to mind is the speed of shipping that came very fast. the chair itself is awesome. I just could not find a comfortable counter height chair for my counter height kitchen table so I was thinking out of the box. I assembled it in probably a half hour to 40 minutes without any problems. I especially like the longer handle allen wrench with the bar at the end of it that made screwing in the screws a lot easier than a little finger allen wrench that you usually get with stuff. all the parts were there all the screws lined up without difficulty. chair is basic with nice coloring and ample padding on chair seat and arms. I am able to reach around while sitting to adjust the lumbar support. this chair has a rocking mechanism which I was not aware of but I havent dialed that in just yet but there is a knob to adjust the rocking mechanism. the height adjustment is pretty straightforward you have to not be sitting on the seat to raise it up. the seat is wide enough so I can sit with one leg under in a cross leg position and that was a big plus for me. the armrests lift up fully out of the way. I have lvp vinyl in the kitchen so these caster wheels slide across very easily. the foot rest is also what I had to consider and this one is perfect. all in all this is a perfect chair for my counter height kitchen table and it supports my wide load without difficulty.. I use it when I am working on small projects, sitting at a counter, or just relaxing for a few minutes. It feels sturdy and stable, which helps me feel safe when I sit on it. I never feel like it is wobbly or weak. I also like that it is easy to clean. Sometimes things get spilled or dusty, and I do not want furniture that is hard to take care of. With this stool, a quick wipe is usually all it needs to look good again. That saves time and makes life easier. One thing that surprised me was the quality. They look really good and are comfortable to sit in but the base is very narrow so the whole chair is very easy to tip over if you move from one end of the desk to the other. I just did it myself at the office and the chair literally fell out from under me. I don’t know if there’s anything I can do to fix it if I need better casters or if I just need something with a wider base but I don’t wanna go changing the base on the stools because I literally just bought them so I don’t know, maybe I won’t keep them... I got one of these in last week to try out for myself. I was hoping it would encourage me to sit with better posture, or at the least with my legs not crossed in a lap. Turns out, I can still sit cross-legged on this and still focus and stay upright. My cat hates that I have this because she can't sit in my lap and block me from completing work or other tasks. She has to resort to laying on top of my puzzles or keyboard. Overall, I love this seat. I haven't ran into an issue where I feel like I'd benefit from a cushion.
