I have had the silverware for a week or so, I love them, they look amazing with my new dishes from wayfair as well. I have a dishwasher, but we wash every thing by hand, cause there is only the two of us. I have read one person had rust down on the bottom part, from being in the dishwasher. I am sure if they are taken out when the machine is done, there should be no trouble. We’ll see what happens in time. Love this flatware set. It arrived beautifully packaged, separated by each place setting, and each utensil was inside it's own compartment wrapped in a cotton case. The case protects the utensils and can be used for carrying flatware for picnics or even for outside eating when you want to keep them clean until the food is ready. The pieces are beautiful, a little longer than my current set by about 3/4" - 1" so good for those who have big hands.
