Popular in Elena decorating, the 38"W x 46"L valance is a decorative weave of fabric hung to give windows an interior bunting effect. Perfect for a bit of window dressing, this faux-silk piece features tassels inspired by the 19th Century, but with a slightly more contemporary update, and if you are looking to recreate the look pictured, three valances are necessary. Only one is included, need to purchase 3 valances to create the same look as the image.
