Ordered Friday, arrived Monday - VERY fast service. Shower pan was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Design is exactly as we expected and reinforcement on the underside is significantly better than the shower pans from the big box stores that I looked at. Support is very dense so floor should be very solid. I am very happy with this for our new bathroom installation in our basement. I ordered this due to my shower area. It is deep and narrow. I only found 3 in the market that can fit my area. The nice thing about this one is the flanges are attached afterward. I need 2 longs one and this one only come with 2 short and 1 long. But I ordered an addition long one from the manufacture for about $35.
