I pondered for weeks wondering whether to get this sectional as there were no reviews. I decided to "test" it out by ordering the double sofa bench separately, figuring that I would return it (pay shipping charges and restocking fee) if I did not like it. I received it, but literally only received 1/2 the unit. The website incorrectly did not mention that it only came with one box (Carton C) instead of two boxes. So, after some back and forth with wayfair who had to contact the manufacturer, I was told I had to order Carton H as well. That was very annoying as I had to pay another $170. Since then, they have corrected the website and description to clearly show you have to order each box separately. (this is true also if you order the double pull out bed module) After I received Carton H, I decided it seemed to be good quality and I liked the color (light gray) so I went ahead and ordered the sectional, but ordered each piece separately as I wanted to have 2 chaise lounges (instead of the double bench and ottoman show in the main picture). The pieces arrived on Friday and Saturday and we assembled it last night. Instructions were not easy to locate, so just started building the couch (no tools are needed, you just line up brackets to connect pieces). Big heads up: Start from the right of the sofa and work your way left. You also need 2 people to build the sectional. Lounged in sectional last night (I love that my husband and I now have our own chaises to use) and it is very comfortable and seems pretty solid and well built. The loose pillows definitely provide more comfort and it is nice that you can use the couch with our without them! Pictures show the loose pillows, first without the bed pulled out, the second with the bed. Definitely glad I got this sectional! The Fairmont was everything we were expecting and more. It's well built, clean lines and the corderoy texture is perfect. It's always a worry buying furniture online but this Fairmont 3 pc not only well built and looks great, it sits well and every in the home loves the texture. Looks great! A bit of a pain to assemble but I'm happy with the result. The storage space underneath the cushion is only covered by some thin wood slats knit together so I wouldn't trust falling down onto that cushion. Comfort-wise it's a little stiff, some nice, soft pillows would definitely help. Its not the couch you daydream about crashing into after a long day at work, but rather one that ties a room together and is completely serviceable for sitting and chatting or watching TV.. Zack S. Just received and assembled yesterday. It’s for my casita, which is really only used for overflow guests, so maybe twice a year. I was impressed and shocked how they got it all into 2 large boxes! But assembly was fairly easy. I like the size and functionality so far. Totoaly in line with what I was looking for. Components are a bit lighter than I expected, we will see how it holds up over time. But it’s perfect for what I was looking for. Here is is assembled. The couch is a beautiful green color that will surely compliment any neutral tone room. So far super comfy. The reason I give it 4 stars is because the instructions can be confusing. The couch ships in 4 separate boxes and the instructions mislabel the parts in each box. For example, the parts that were labeled in the instructions to be in box 2 were actually in box 1. In addition, (and this probably is not Wayfairs fault), our shipment arrived in two parts. The first three boxes were delivered first and the fourth box was delivered about 4 hours later. Not a huge deal but definitely caused a little bit of panic at first. The instructions say the cushions will puff out within 48 hours and I really hope so because so far they are pretty flat. Still comfortable but doesn’t look good. Overall, definitely would recommend this couch for a smaller living room. It was super easy to install. In total if we had all of the parts delivered at the same time, it probably takes no more than 30 minutes to put together. The phone chargers built into the center arm rest are great.
