The floor itself is great. I had used it for my laundry room and decided to add it to the bathroom next to the laundry as well. The box came damaged at first with the pieces all having damage on one corner. The second box had less noticeable damage but I did have some of the click lock system damaged so I needed to cut some of that off to attach the pieces which is not ideal. I made the second box work but luckily I had some extra pieces available from the first project to use to finish the job. We installed some of this LVT in our master bath about three years ago, and are so pleased with it that we're installing more of the exact same product in another bathroom. The product has been durable and continues to look great. It feels much less cold underfoot than the ceramic tile it replaced. Picture doesnt do it justice. This tile is beautiful and looks very high end. The surface has a nice texture to it and not that cheap glossy stuff. Mannington also has grout specific to their products as well as a sealer. You can lay it down with or without grout. We are doing without. I could not find any pictures online of what it would look like not using grout so once our contractor installs Ill take another pic and post it. We chose the flex line because we have an old house and there is a hump in the floor from the structural wall underneath. I love these tiles! I’ve been to every floor place in my state and couldn’t find square LVT tiles. I didn’t have much faith in these but ordered a box to check them out. They are beautiful!
