Update- Feb 2023. This gazebo does not hold up To snow Load. The edges fall Apart when removing the snow from the roof. Very disappointed! I hired someone to put this up on our deck. It came out really nice. No missing part and the guys did a nice job. The reason I only gave a 4 star is there isn’t a rain gutter. Didn’t realize that when I purchased.. Elizabeth. Townsend, MA. The Pompano allows you to be protected from the sun, all the while letting some sunlight pass through. Had to make a little adjustment in order to attach to the house as the 3rd support was in the way of the door (something to consider) Fairly easy to put together with 2 people. The aluminum seems a little thinner than expected - however it appears to be study. Overall happy with the purchase!. Theresa. OH. Sun Jun 30 2024

Looks good. Has a small leak in the roof. Covers hot tub great. Delivery could have been better. No one called to say they would be delivering that day. Was scheduled for delivery 2 days later. No call and no one knocked on the door. Just happened to look out window and saw the boxes laying on the grass. The box was pretty beaten up. Website would not let me upload photos. There were not many detailed reviews for this when I bought it, so I wanted to provide as much as I can to help shoppers make a decision. This is a great addition to our home at minimal cost (compared to a deck or roof). But this build is not for the faint of heart! Make sure your husband, partner, etc. is mechanically inclined and has a case of beer or favorite whiskey nearby! lol. We took our time and finished this over 3 days. Following the instructions is a must (we learned that the hard way after skipping a step). There are lots of pieces. Best thing to do is lay everything out so you can easily identify the part numbers. (Lay in grass or on top of a tarp so you don’t scratch the paint.) The one thing they don’t account for is securing it to the ground and house. We had to buy all of the masonry screws to install the 4 posts in the concrete patio and 4 brackets on the side of the house. Additional tools are needed for masonry install, like a hammer drill. (Would be a much easier job if installing into wood.) Recommend spending the extra money for the 14’ if you have the space. Our furniture would have been too crowded under the 12’. So far no leaks. Time will tell if it holds up to snow this winter. There are 2 reinforcement posts included that go in the middle of the frame. We will be putting those up in the winter if heavy snow is expected. Otherwise they are not needed in our opinion. My husband says it’s a solid piece….he’s impressed with the quality. Highly recommend.. Ad. Pittsburgh, PA. Mon Jun 03 2024

Bought this gazebo last year. Used it for approximately 4-5 months then removed the cloth roof for the winter at which time it seemed to have gotten brittle. Upon reinstalling it on the gazebo, it very easily ripped. We only got 4-5 months use out of the cloth roof and the company would not back this product. They said it was normal after being out in the sun. We have had other gazebos and got 3-5 YEARS out of them before replacing. The frame itself is the best we have ever had. We are extremely frustrated and disappointed with the customer service with regards to the roof.. Gido. NH. Thu Apr 21 2022

Great quality and easy assembly. I am a 58 year old woman, and except for the part requiring two people,I have been putting it together by myself. Taking my time, at my own pace, will be done in a couple of days. All parts are separately wrapped by group, and marked. All screws, caps are well packaged and marked. The instruction book has so far been the best I have ever had to work with. No written instructions, only pictures of the assembly along with the parts number used for that section. Very impressive, good quality, great packaging and timely deliver. I’m thinking of buying another to replace an old pergola. I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend the Sojag gazebo. And the best of it all, I got the best price at Wayfair, I shopped around and Wayfair offered the lowest price. All in all, 100% happy!. Anonymous. Fair Lawn, NJ. Mon Jul 25 2022

I really like the look of it, but a couple of the roof panels are slightly dinted from manufacturer because there was no external damage to the boxes. The crew that built it for me pointed out that they see some panels like this when boxes are stored in the warehouse and compress on top of each other.. Suzanne. Gilbert, AZ. Sat Sep 06 2025

I found the instructions fairly easy to follow. The parts all seem to fit together fairly well. My only complaint is that there is a cap that runs the full width of the rear of the roof and is difficult (if not impossible) to install when the room is fully constructed. I will be adding my own trim along the back edge of the roof so it doesn't leak. The metal roof is a bit noisy when it rains. All in all my wife and I are happy with our purchase.. Joellen. ON.
