The bed looks good and sturdy. However, we used it for 13 months and then it the frame suddenly snapped and broke. We heard the thud while we were laying in bed and it just collapsed. We dont have kids that jump in the bed or use it inappropriately. We called Wayfair and they refused to repair or replace it since it was just after the 1 year warranty. We offered to pay for replacement parts but they refused that too and said we will have to buy the whole bed again and instructed to buy their extended warranty next time. This is not a cheap be - it was well over 2,000 when we bought it so we should reasonably expect it to last several years.. Fenil. Liberty Township, Ohio. Sun Sep 06 2026

Another plus: There is room underneath this bed for a storage bin or two.

This is the best idea ever, I love it! I was not thrilled about a dark color so I took fabric and glue gunned it all around the wood pieces after I assembled most of it, their was enough room to do this and it worked great. I used a soft upholstry fabric and also laid batting on the broad surfaces. The mechanism works great and does not shut unless you pull it down. It's in my daughters room so it takes a beating and is holding up.. Holly. Ferrisburgh, VT. Thu Apr 16 2026

Be careful with the products you buy here on this app. I ordered this bed in white, but the one I received is completely different from what I requested it doesn’t even have the lifting mechanism to access the storage space. I am very disappointed with this purchase—it’s my first time buying here, and it will be my last. Furthermore, when the order arrived, the box was in terrible condition it was torn, and it didn’t even include the screws.. Katherine. Sun Oct 18 2026

Pleased with my purchase. The queen size bed frame and headboard came in excellent condition. The construction appears solid. Assembly took less than 30 minutes. However, if you arent very familiar with furniture assembly instructions, you may struggle a little as none of the pieces were labeled with the numbers used in the instructions. That being said, if you look carefully at the diagrams, you should be fine. Bed assembly is pretty straightforward. It does have a slight varnish smell that has started to fade after 3 days.. A.. Good materials and overall sturdy but it’s not easy to put together. You pretty much NEED a drill and two people. The center supporting legs do not all reach the floor so sitting down on it can cause noise. The frame is also bigger than a queen size mattress so there will definitely be a gap on one end..
