Just received the chairs and let me tell you they needed very little set up. Color was exactly like the picture on line. I loved that my feet were able to touch the floor (I have short legs) and my husband who has longer legs said they felt comfortable. We both love the smooth swivel action on both chairs. Couch is extremely well made…all fabric seams are straight and frame is solid. It is firm for seating but not unforgiving or uncomfortable..I feel it will hold up well. Fabric is a blue gray pillow ticking and high quality. I sprayed with Scotchgard but think spills would roll off anyway.
