Very sturdy and very pretty. Everything is solid wood and well constructed. The drawers and sliding doors move smoothly. This was my first furniture purchase through Wayfair. I read the description carefully and liked that the chest had some real wood. Order was delivered within a few days. Only thing I didnt like was since it was delivered by Federal Express boxes for this plus 1 dressers were left outside . Heavy items to bring in. I opted for the assembly service and so glad I did! Derek B. arrived as communicated at the agreed time within the timeframe I requested. He put all items together efficiently put the boxes away as requested and swept and vacuumed! The color caramel is true to its color. I bought it to go with a mango headboard and footboard. The overall color scheme is beautiful!. Peggy. Solano County - Ca. Tue Aug 18 2026

Husband and I liked the Halloran Armoire and finally got it delivered since the first one was damaged in transit. Never saw the first one. It arrived today FRIDAY 8423. My husband too it apart and managed to assemble it. When he put the top piece in its place it seemed to have cracked, unless it was cracked before. That is when some wood fell off from the back corner on the right side. Not a big chunk, but enough to make it split at the top and side corner. I will be cautious of buying “wood” pieces from them. This is not real wood, but merely MDF, and an inexpensive piece of furniture. We received a very small refund and was told to keep it. Now we will wait to find others parts crack and peel. I am disappointed. I originally ordered this at the beginning of July.. Suzanne. Milwaukee, WI. Fri Aug 04 2023
