This mailbox is a fairly sturdy construction. Ours came in a perfect red hue, that works perfectly for us. Sadly, I had requested the "personalization" option with my wife's and my last names. The type applied was upper and lower case in a gold vinyl lettering. The type was scaled vertically, and spaced in such a way as to obscure the names by being both ugly and illegible. I am a design professor and I council my students to never space lower case type and scaling type vertically should be punishable by immediate expulsion! ;-) So I had to remove the vinyl letters which took about two hours including the time it took to get the residue off the face of the mailbox. Otherwise, the mailbox was easy to install and if pretty easy to use. The keys have a rough time going into the lock and occasionally jam but we've never been locked out.. Christian.
