The Moen Flo Shutoff installs on your home's main water line to monitor flow, pressure, and temperature 24/7, and automatically shuts off your water if it detects a leak, before it causes serious damage. Most water devices wait for a leak to happen, then send you an alert. The Flo Shutoff works differently. It proactively runs daily MicroLeak tests to find small drips, high pressure, and freezing conditions before they cause damage. When something is seriously wrong, it doesn’t just notify you, it automatically shuts off your water. A third-party LexisNexis study found homes with a Flo Shutoff saw up to a 96% reduction in water damage claim events. Stay in control from anywhere with the Moen Flo App, and add a FloProtect plan for extended warranty coverage and insurance deductible support. Because the Flo Shutoff installs in-line on your main water supply, professional installation is recommended. Water damage is the most underestimated threat inside a home; more common than fire and more costly than theft. Moen Flo exists to change that. We prevent loss, one drip at a time.

This is awesome. Frequently leaks are stopped with this shutoff. After paying 1,600 for a preventable pipe leak, this pays for itself. Karnik. Fri Sep 25 2026

Healthier, cleaner air made accessible to you and the people who come into your home. Its H13 True HEPA Filter will automatically detect and remove 99.97% of harmful airborne particles including pet dander, smoke, odour, dust, and gases. The air will go through 4 different filters during the purification process: a pre-filter to remove larger contaminants such as pet dander and dust, an allergen filter, a true H13 HEPA filter, and an activated carbon filter to remove gases and odours. Then, the built-in UV-C light and fine dust sensor add yet another layer of efficient and effective air purification—detecting tiny particles such as dust, germs and bacteria that would otherwise go undetected. Made with medium and large-sized rooms in mind, this purifier will be ideally kept in your living room, bedroom, or garage. Worried about the air purifier making too much noise as you sleep? With sleep mode activated, the fan will be reduced to quieter, slower speeds and the lights will be dimmed to ensure your night's sleep goes uninterrupted. Lastly, with auto mode, the purifier will automatically detect the surrounding air quality and adjust its fan speed accordingly so that the air you breathe is always the best it can possibly be.
