Advertised as induction compatible. It is not.

Description said it worked on induction but it definitely does not. Wayfair was great with the refund though.

This descaler works fine but it effectively breaks any hot milk carafes used with the machine. It takes at least a dozen runs with the carafe afterwards to fix the problem and to get the suction back working, which is frankly unacceptable.

Does what it says on the tin. The bottle has measurement lines on the side which is convenient for measuring one dose without an additional cup.

We always use Delonghi Eco Descaler , as it’s easy to use and good value for the price

I thought I had to throw away my machine but the descaler works really well. The cleaning process doesn’t require a lot of the fluid either.
