Lamp shade color was significantly lighter in shade than what was pictured in app. Too big for the lamp I needed it for.

These were a replacement for the originals that I ordered in an unflattering size. The return process was easy. A rep helped me on the phone to reorder something more appropriate to find the right size, shape and fit. My lamps have a modern and new look. So helpful. I am totally pleased.
