The replacement was the exact WRONG color, so now I have two burlap color lamp shades when I ordered and paid for off white/cream. When I called, the Wayfair rep was polite and stated that she went the extra mile by emailing the order filler to check before depending on the stock # so that I wouldn’t get a THIRD wrong color.
