Love in our master bedroom. Beautiful design and works great.

Only giving 4 stars because my husband had to work with the motor encasing & had to go purchase some minor parts for installation. Aside from that we are SO happy with the fan & when we decided we wanted another one for our second bedroom it was out of stock. So we actually had to purchase from another retailer, as we were afraid they'd all go OOO. The crystals come detached but are easy to put on if you have nails & relatively small fingers/hands. You do have a little keychain like ring you out through a predrjlled hole at the top & then there's a metal piece you fold at the bottom. Once you get a few rings in you get the hang of it & it isn't too painful.

I LOVE THIS FAN AND REALLY HAPPY WITH THE OUTCOME AWESOME QUALITY AND BEAUTYFUL DETAIL.
