Love the overall look of the light. The shades are quite a bit lighter than what is pictured. We ordered the plated smoke and looks like we got clear. I had not reached out to try and get an exchange for the shades since it took a while between my order and the builders installing the light. Will be reaching out for exchange options now. Will update once it's resolved. UPDATE: As always, Wayfair was great in the resolution of the different shades. I have only had positive customer service interactions with Wayfair- that's what keeps me coming back!

Beautiful and easy to install but missing the pieces that hold the globes in place so can’t hang the glass globes. Requested replacement parts but got no confirmation on them actually being sent. No info on the order online except the replacement parts have been requested.
