Bogle 1 - Light Single Pendant

I like the pendants very much, but considering I ordered them in August and they just came to me next week when they were promised much earlier is very disappointing to me. I reached out to customer service and they told me to keep waiting, even though on the website they were showing availability . So I called again then I was told we have an investigative procedure. Looking into this. Nothing became of that. My last call resulted in the customer service lady telling me we will just resend them. Something happened to your order. Why that wasn’t done a lot earlier makes me a very disappointed customer.. By the way, I have ordered many things from Perigold, they ran fairly smoothly. Not this!

Good pendant for our kitchen island. The light is bright given the bulb size so I recommend using dimmers so you can control the brightness. The wire can be tucked inside the rod that hangs down so the wires are all hidden and clean.
