This light is over my sewing machine. I wanted something I could position to get the best light. It works great.

These lights are so incredible looking. They are just so unique and cool. Be aware, the directions for installing them are confusing and barely offer direction. We set them up as plug-in lights, although apparently they also have the option to be hardwired. My husband installed them, and had a hell of a time. He's usually very handy and has installed/fixed/built several other things around the house with no issues. The bulbs that come with the lamp also have a very orange tint. I have edison bulbs in some other spots that are not that orange, so I'll probably end up purchasing new bulbs for these to get rid of that orange glow.

Lights are beautiful! We use them as bedside lamps. They have a low and high setting. Easy to install, can be hardwired or plugged into an outlet. Very adjustable. We chose the black finish.

Great lamps and happily surprised to find they were shipped from Innovations Lighting-the same company from which I purchased my foyer lighting. I had to find instructions to connect the cord (white to ribbed wire, black to smooth), but all materials were included.
