The furniture is all boxed up and was delivered as promised on the day and time. The driver was kind enough to put everything in the garage until the installation will take place on the day I scheduled. Very nice.

Note that this fan does NOT come with a remote. Fortunately my handyman was able to rig something. Otherwise you wouldn't be able to adjust the speed.
