The instructions are simple and the mounting hardware appears to be of good quality. The toilet paper and towel holders have a more rigid feel which i enjoy over a free swinging holder. The cloth light covers give the light fixtures a nice texture and higher quality look and feel. The lights require a candelabra style light and are not included.
