Packaging didn't meet my expectations when purchasing a $200 pendant light. Seemed like I received a returned item from the looks of the packaging.

Extremely disappointed! Item is represented as being a 10" glass shade and 8" fixture plate, this was not the item I recvd! I recvd an 8" glass shade with a 4 3/4" fixture plate diameter. This is small and not the size I ordered, plus there was only one size listed on the description, the 10" glass shade but instead they switched and gave me the small standard builder fixture that's available at all lamp and lighting stores to include even off the shelf at home improvement stores. I feel like I just got the classic bait and switch. Trying to return, do not recommend any of this .
