Bigger then expected but they are beautiful

Dont be fooled, smoke does not mean gray. We only had a picture to go by for this order which definitely looks gray, but when we received it, it is a light brown nowhere near a grayish color. When I went to return it, I was charged a return shipping fee that they would not waive because color is a matter of perception which Wayfair customer service said was what the manufacturer told them. I then email the manufacturer about my concern on the shipping fee and the disparity between the color in the picture and what I actually received, and they said returns are between the customer and Wayfair they dont have anything to do with it. So clearly getting the runaround. Please look at the picture if you are interested in the smoke color. Im holding it in a very well lit room.

Nice but not the color I expected.

Ordered matte black- received brushed nickel. when I called them to return them they said I had to contact the manufacturer who isn't answering their phone. I've emailed and have yet to hear back. Wayfair- get your returns worked out or change your website. It says "hassle-free returns" what a load.

We loved the look and quality of the lights but they were too big for our space so we were forced to return them. Still, great looking and high quality.
