I bought two of these lights, and I'm very pleased with them. They aren't installed yet, but I did open both boxes and inspected all the parts when they came. I can imagine it will take some time to hook all the dangling crystals from the hooks, but the effect will be well worth it. The shades arrived in perfect condition.

The first package received arrived incredibly damaged; Wayfair made it easy for me to receive a new one. Fits my master closet perfectly. The G9 bulbs ($4-$8/each) do have to be purchased separately, but you can then pick your lumens to fit your room.
