This is a perfect little floor lamp. I like the on off switch that I can step on to turn on as I walk to sit in my chair. It is well made, and the perfect height to sit over my brown reading chair. Blends in well with the background, it is solidly made, and the shade articulates if you wanted it to point a different direction besides down. This is a great buy, and I would recommend it.
