Luminaire suspendu en rotin 3 niveaux

I love this hanging lamp. Exactly what I wanted...however it's a little smaller than I thought it would be. Is there a larger one... ? Hope so. it's great... and easy to install...too small in diameter.

The lamp arrived poorly packed and with a damaged shade. When I tried to have a replacement shade sent to me, the package was apparently lost in transit (no movement or updates for several days after it shipped). When I told customer service the package was lost, they put in an order to send me a new replacement. A separate person at Wayfair cancelled that order before speaking to me and then told me that I was going to have to wait 10 days while they sorted out whether it was truly lost. Eventually it was found and arrived but weeks after my initial order. I'll probably stick with companies with better customer service for things like this in the future, as the process was time-consuming and annoying. The lamp itself is OK. It looks a little cheaply put together for the cost, but I was willing to pay more because it's hard to find plug-in pendant lamps. The color is pretty and vibrant. I wish there were more options in this category. It looks like they won't let you do a 3 star review without submitting photos, which seems like too much effort and a technique to unfairly tilt the reviews toward more positive reviews, so I'm going to give it a 4 star review while pointing this out.

Love it! Super cute and it looks as advertised. The dimmer is a great add and the cord is also of good quality!

I received my 3-tier rattan plug in pendant light the other day and it is very nice. I love that you can plug it in without any electrical installation. The bulb offers a nice warm glow through the rattan shade.

I had a hard time figuring out where to put this pendant swag light - because I wanted it in three different places. It is as about as universally appealing as a light can get and the fact that it plugs in made it a no-brainer.
