I recently purchased this item from Wayfair, drawn in by the beautiful picture that suggested a soft, subtle glow. Unfortunately, the actual product did not live up to those expectations. Instead of the gentle lighting I anticipated, the whole base lights up, which creates a harsh and unflattering effect. I was really hoping for a more ambient feel, but the intense brightness is overwhelming and doesn’t create the cozy atmosphere I was looking for. If you're seeking a soft accent piece, this might not be the right choice. Overall, I was quite disappointed with this purchase and would recommend looking for alternatives.
