A major thing to note is that the installation instructions for mounting the light to the ceiling/electrical box do not match the actual fixture. The mounting canopy included with the light is completely different from what is shown in the instructions. Either the instructions apply to a different model, or the manufacturer changed the canopy design without updating the documentation. The instructions should be revised to accurately reflect the product. The good news is that the actual mounting method used by the fixture is, in my opinion, better than the one described in the instructions, and it was not difficult to figure out how to mount the light. Installation overall was easy and took less than two hours, including removing the old fixture and installing the new one. However, the instructions do not explain how the provided ground wire is intended to be connected. Someone with basic electrical experience can determine this, but it should be clearly defined in the instructions. The light arrived nicely and securely packaged. It was also a very pleasant surprise that four appropriate dimmable light bulbs were included in the box. Once installed, the light fixture is very pretty and looks beautiful in our entryway.
