Very well made and attractive fixture. Up close the color appears quite different from the usual bronze, somewhat lighter and textured, but from a short distance it blends nicely with other bronze items.

Lovely lanterns and they looks perfect on our new home.

Placed two by each of my back sliders and they look great. Relatively easy installation.

I chose this lantern for either side of our single front door. It reminded me of a Georgian carriage lantern which compliments the look of our 2 story red brick colonial. I also purchased the matching lantern for the front post, a smaller version for a rear deck and even another larger version for over our double door side garage. These lovely light fixtures really gave our home more curb appeal, too.
