Beautiful mid century modern fixture!

The fan is beautiful. It works great in the forward position only. When you try to put it in the opposite direction for winter, the motor is grinding and knocking. I believe if I remember correctly, this was an open box order and now I know why. After trying to upload a video and picture from my phone that would not take to their website. I guess I’ll need to call the company. I will say that in their defense when I have had to call in the past, they have been more than accommodating. It will not stop me from purchasing from Wayfair in the future, but buyer beware of these open box items

my update after some usage: the fan stopped working after 2 months of usage. and I realized that there is no 1 year warranty on this item. I always thought that most of the items sold in US has 1 year warranty at least. so it was quite a surprise. the first customer service refused to provide any support saying it pass 30 day return window. but the second customer service agent kindly offered the replacement unit. after replacing the controller unit, the fan resumed working again. so now I know the controller unit became bad after 2 months of usage. glad that Wayfair did courtesy replacement for me, but I am not sure I would like to buy anything without 1 year warranty next time. --- looks nicer than I thought. the noise is almost unnoticeable. had some challenges in setting up Alexa since it requires on/off switch which I don't have. so I had to turn off/on using circuit breaker, but that was not too bad since it's only one time thing.

Hidden in the specifications section is the only place it mentions that the "walnut" fan blades are made of plastic. THEY ARE FLIMSY AND VERY CHEAP LOOKING!!!! Looks like toy fan blades. Sending back Also, one of the blades was significantly scratched. The Wayfair "Resolution Management" team which, did not return my phone call, indicated via email that the damage was "barely visible" and classified my complaints as "buyers remorse". They refused to pay return shipping.

Beautiful fan... but either the motor or capacitor is shot, turns off after 10 mins. I hope the return process is higher quality than the motor.

It’s beautiful. This fan is going in the media room. I like that it is white to give it that modern flare that I tend to like. It’s simple but beautiful with these nice gold accents to make this fan stand out. I recommend for modern lovers.
