This was very disappointing because it arrived in a broken box without a motor!! I never thought I needed to check if there was a motor with it, I checked the blades to be sure they were not broken. They were ok. After talking to a representative I was able to get a refund.

Great looking fan. Hard to balance and moderately difficult to install. Once up though I am super please with the look. I am happy with it.
