Light fell down within a day and one end of the strip didn’t light up

Not working, blinks and does not connect, would like to return. How do I do that?

Love it! This is much better than I expected. I originally bought this for my 9 yr son, but he didnt care for it. I decided to keep it and positioned it behind the living room TV. My favorite part is the colors can be changed with your phone. I definitely will be purchasing more!

I install these lights in the rear of my television. These lights are amazing! There are four preset lighting modes and you can create your own. Or you can just choose one of millions of colors. You can dim them as well. They look so great at night when I’m watching TV and the wall is backlit with a slow and gradual change of colors. Of course, if you don’t like it slow you can speed it up.

I bought this for my son for his man cave . He had been bugging me for one for a while. The feature that him and his friends enjoy the most is the remote control that they can use to change the colors !
