Not good. The pull chain hangs up on their "outrigger' and the lamp could fall over if you pull the chain too hard.

It's a very nice lamp but it is NOT a 3 way switch. It's one of the main reasons I picked it. That and the height. I'm keeping it because it is the perfect height for my desk. Working from home all of these months I've decided I really need more light. But I had wanted a 3 way light option. This is the 2nd time I've ordered a lamp from Wayfair and the description was wrong.
