This fixture is meant for tall ceilings. There are 3 rods and you have to use at least 2 of them to make this work. The main rod that attaches to the light fixture itself that holds the wires will not accept the hook that attaches to the base plate. Wayfair how do I return this one and purchase s totally different light fixture I’m afraid the replacement is going to be the same dilemma.
