Our hardback shades use Virgin Styrene backing board to produce a warm, natural & smooth light, more appealing than shades made with recycled Styrene board that can crack & yellow over time.

They work, but they are not white. The bottom part is white, and the candlestick part is some kind of cream color. It looks tacky and I'm going to have to spray paint them to get them one color. Wayfair was super helpful but the manufacturer was useless.
